STARR is a Certified NREMT Exam Site with Certified Exam Coordinators that allows all levels of EMS professionals to do practical testing. Whether you're new to the EMS profession, upgrading from one level to another, or going from inactive back to active status, we can provide for your testing needs.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONDER (EMR)
The EMR National Continued Competency Program (NCCP) requires 16 hrs of continuing education to recertify. Our program provides an NREMT-recognized, CAPCE-accredited refresher with practical skills.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN (EMT)
The EMT National Continued Competency Program (NCCP) requires 20 hours of continuing education to recertify. Our refresher program provided an NREMT-recognized, CAPCE-accredited refresher with practical skills.
If lapsed or were inactive for a time, STARR can help you meet the necessary requirements to regain your active status. The requirements to be reinstated are 40 hours of continuing education and a valid skills competency verification, which STARR can provide.
ADVANCED EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN
The EMT National Continued Competency Program (NCCP) requires 25 hours of continuing education to recertify. Our refresher program provided an NREMT-recognized, CAPCE-accredited refresher with practical skills.
If lapsed or were inactive for a time, STARR can help you meet the necessary requirements to regain your active status. The requirements to be reinstated are 50 hours of continuing education and a valid skills competency verification, which STARR can provide.
NATIONALLY REGISTERED PARAMEDIC
The EMT National Continued Competency Program (NCCP) requires 30 hours of continuing education to recertify. Our refresher program provided an NREMT-recognized, CAPCE-accredited refresher with practical skills.
If lapsed or were inactive for a time, STARR can help you meet the necessary requirements to regain your active status. The requirements to be reinstated are 60 hours of continuing education and a valid skills competency verification, which STARR can provide.
