My name is Andy Jarrell

Currently, a 911 communicator with the City of New Orleans and has spent most of his life in the public service arena starting as a teenager with the local volunteer fire department. Not long after began working as an EMT with the local ambulance service until Hurricane Katrina when he wanted to do more and began working with New Orleans EMS and Touro Infirmary as an ER Tech.

Over the years has dedicated working with STARR as the Communication Officer and later becoming a member of the Advisory Committee promoting education and training opportunities to other agencies. His passion, dedication, and desire to serve has help STARR move positively in keeping with our mission of helping others in need.
