The Spartan Race is a leader in the sport of obstacle racing, offering open heats for all fitness levels as well as competitive and elite heats for those with something to prove. The first of its kind to feature timing and global ranking, Spartan Race provides a proving ground for beginner and professional obstacle racers looking to test themselves in new ways across the world.

STARR offered experience, dependable, and the highest quality emergency medical services to this special event held in Hancock County, Mississippi. Due to the extreme nature of the event STARR catered to their needs by provided Advance Life Support, Basic Life Support, Automatic External Defibrillator, Mobile Aid Station, and Roving Medical Units. Our staff is made up of licensed, certified, and background checked EMRs, EMTs, Paramedics, Nurses, and Physician. In addition to the medical training, our team has trained/certified water rescue individuals, rescue divers, rescue boat operators, and public safety divers.
