Southern Technical Aquatic Resource & Rescue
On September 22 & 23, 2022, Calcasieu Parish Firefighters receive specialized training in Water Rescue. Over 9 agencies, 50 students in the Awareness Course, and 30 students in the Operations Level course. Nearly 48 hours of water rescue training to better help those that give their time to help others. This was an awesome show of dedication by both paid and volunteer fire fighters, Law Enforcement, and Emergency Management personnel.
