STARR attends the Picayune Main Street Fair twice a year to meet those in the community, talk with children about water safety, pass out coloring books, and let those in the community see what our non-profit organization does throughout the area. This festival has more than 300 vendors and thousands of visitors from Pearl River County and well beyond allowing for them to get to know our members, see our equipment, and watch videos of what our team is all about. 

Our members hand out more than 1000 educational water safety coloring books to children of all ages, have Sonic Discount Cards worth over $30.00 in saving for a small $5.00 donation, along selling tickets for a chance to win several prizes. This is a two day fun filled event in which STARR is proud to be a part of, meet the community, and enjoy a clean family festival event.
